First, let's bake cakes:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, gradually adding them to the resulting mixture.
  2. Grind nuts.
  3. Melt the honey in a water bath so that it is easier to mix with other ingredients.
  4. Add honey, nuts, flour and baking powder to the egg and sugar mixture.
  5. Stir the dough so that it is homogeneous. Now put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
  6. Lubricate the pan with oil and bake the cakes, pouring the dough into the pan (one tablespoon will take 8 tablespoons of dough). The temperature in the oven should be 200 degrees. Check the readiness of the cake with a match. Stick it in the dough. If the removed match remains clean, then the baking is ready.

Spread the finished cakes on a paper towel separately. If stacked, they can stick together.
